One of the earlies and first clients that failed to pay was an owner named Arik H. Aflalo of Penguin HVAC Prestige Corp. This company sub- contracted our company to install duct work, in a house. The job required stainless steel ductwork for a 5 ton AC unit that serviced a swiming pool area.  After two years on the job when the job was finally completed a call was made to collect the final payment for this job. The answer we were given, over the telephone was, "Go fuck yourself".           After trial in the small claims court judgment was entered in favor of the plaintiff and against Penguin HVAC Prestige Corp. Due to the Jewish home owner not showing up in court to testify own my behalf against a jewish company (Penguin HVAC) the money amount in the jugment was much lower that what was deserved. Due to the high cost of purchasing pre-frabricated ductwork, we fabricated the duct ourselves which lowered the cost of the job by 10,000.00 dollars. At the time, the duct was fabricated by hand, using only an I beam on the floor and an 20oz. tinsmith's hammer to bend the metal into its shape. A mig welder was used to weld and connect the seams. The different shapes of ductwork were done by drawing the patters on flat sheets of metal, then cut out, then knocked together. See the peices below in photos. Peices welded together and the lowest photo at bottom of page showing hand-fabricated peices delivered to the job. All peices, the locks on the duct, were hand made. After all this there was no type of appreciation from the jewish man, treat you like Shit and lie on you in court to try to keep from not paying the money thats owed.
