	This case, is the first case of the year 2011, is against Marc Petri, and his company, Pride Heating Air Conditioning & Piping Inc.  Pride Heating  and AC contracted us, Smith HVAC, to complete shop drawings for the job cite located at 477 Madison Avenue. The written contract agreement was signed on January 17th 2011.                  For the next two weeks while working on the project, Mark would call and harrass us to finish, calling two, three, four times a day, everyday. Promises that he would take care of us. We pulled staff off other projects to take care of this guy based upon his fucking word.  The job fell apart between Marc and the general contractor. At that time Marc shut off his cell phone, stop returning my calls and didn't pay. he called me two weeks prior to trial to offer me another contracted job. He was told that he must pay for the last job. He resisted all attempts to negotiate a settlement and stoped returning my phone calls again. A REAL SCUM BAG this person is, don't do business with this guy. He didn't even show up for his own trial in the small claims court. We, Smith HVAC and Drafting will not cover your losses Pride heating and AC. Judgment by default was entered in the small claims court on March 23rd 2011 against Pride Heating AC for an amount of 1,800 dollars. Smith HVAC's largest judgment to date.
