The latest client on the list, to bounce a check/failed to pay, we start with Airpro Air
Conditioning & Heating Corp. The person signing the contracts and business checks is a person named Adam Naghim. When we first met, he handed out his business card, with the company name, but a fake address. See below the business card with the address  1775 West 12th Street New York, NY 11223. This address does not exist in the County
of New York. I took the time to investigate. The business check, which bounced, (see below) does not have a company address. The website ,listed on the business card, has been incomplete for years,and has now been taken down. Smith HVAC and

Air Conditioning & Heating Corp., completed shop drawings for the building located at 47 Dean Street Brooklyn New york. After completing the job, I called, texted, e-mailed repeatedly for the next three months for Final payment, there was never a response, until finally I ran into Adam, he wrote a final check, and that business check did not have any money in the account.(See check and statement from the bank below).
After trial in the small claims court judgment was entered, in that court, on  September    9th 2009 for 1,095.00 dollars.To see the judgment click below. On Sept. 15th 2009. An information subpoena was served on HSBC bank for information regarding Air Pro's Bank account. On Sept. 25th 2009 HSBC Bank Responded. In Air Pro's account there is only 44.90 (forty four dollars and ninety cents). This corporation has no money. On October 5th 2009 A lien was placed on this account, this account is now Frozen. See below exhibits being Information subpoena, bank's response, and restraing notice freezing their bank account. We are actively searching for other accounts and property.
